“Økologiske Blomster – Blomsterbondens Dyrk-Selv-Guide” is a Danish-language book about organic growing and the joy of beautiful flowers. Flower farmer Rikke Lentz encourages us to think about organic choices beyond food.

Follow Rikke through the seasons as she grows organic cut flowers at Mangholm farm in North Zealand. She shares advice on cultivation, choosing flowers, arranging beds and the work required at different times of year. Learn to create bouquets from the first spring flowers through summer’s abundance and into October, then continue with dried flowers.

A personal account grounded in experience, for anyone dreaming of an organic flower garden, looking for tips for an existing garden, or simply enjoying beautiful photographs of flowers and the Danish summer.
