Shipping
Once you have ordered one or more items and the order and payment are complete, your item will be shipped within 5 business days (excluding Sat., Sun., and holidays).
Return Policy
Online:
You have a 14-day return period from the day the order is placed. Christmas gifts can be returned until January 31, 2027.
As a general rule, you must pay for return shipping yourself, but if it is an exchange and the total purchase after the exchange and any returns exceeds 500 kr., we offer to cover the return shipping. Contact us at info@goodsandwood.dk for return shipping.
Please include your name and invoice number with returned items. All items MUST be returned in original and undamaged packaging, i.e., any boxes must be in the same condition as when received. Any seals/stickers must be unbroken.
The refund for the item will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item.
In-store:
We exchange and return all full-price items for 14 days from the date of purchase. If you would like a refund for your purchase, please remember to bring your receipt.
If you have purchased a discounted item, we are happy to exchange it for 14 days from the date of purchase. We can also issue a store credit that is valid for up to 3 years. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for discounted items.
If any problems arise or if there is anything else, you are always welcome to contact me. I am only interested in fully satisfied customers. There is a solution to every problem.
None of the information entered during a transaction is shared with or sold to third parties.
Our entire website is encrypted with “HTTPS” security. When you are redirected to our payment window, it is “SSL” encrypted, so you can be sure that your entered information is never shared with anyone else, including ourselves.
